Our experience with Knockout Plumbing was exceptional. And Kylan, who made contact with us prior to the repairs we needed for our water heater, made sure to verify what we needed to do, and then charged us nothing for that info. We ordered the parts we needed from the tank manufacturer, and he returned to complete the work. I can recognize a truly honest and well run company, and they are it for sure! Thank you, you all really know how to "knock" great service out of the plumbing park!

This is an excellent plumbing business. The two technicians both with the names Jacob were extremely knowledgeable about their products and answered all of our questions. We were so happy with them we had our RO system installed the same day. These guys customer service was top notch. The installation was done in a timely manner with excellent results. I highly recommend them!

We’ve used Knockout Plumbing several times now and each time they have exceeded our expectations. Quick service, honest assessments, and top notch work! Last week we had a pipe leaking in our wall. Kaleb from Knockout was quick to locate the issue, replace the leaky pipe, and minimize any damage to the wall. I appreciated him showing me where the leak was happening, explaining why it happened, and showing me another pipe in the same area where a new leak was developing, which prevented a future issue. Kaleb was on time, friendly, fast and skilled. I highly recommend Knockout Plumbing!

New to the area so didn’t have a go to plumbing service to contact. Saw an ad on FB for Knockout Plumbing and thought we’d give them a try after learning they are a local company that gives back to their community. Asked for a quote online, they called me shortly after and set up an appointment for the next morning. Jake arrived on time, friendly and very informative about our replacement options. Within a few days from that initial call we have a new water heater and are very happy with their service! Thank you for a great experience. We now have a go to plumbing company to call.

I had a small plumbing problem—a 10 min job. Since I couldn’t fix it myself, I called Knockout. Jake was working around SanTan Valley. What a credit he is to his employer at Knockout Plumbing. Jake worked all day on scheduled jobs, but he didn’t want to put me off so he called his boss for permission to fix my problem before ending his work day. What a worker—competent, respectful—a very good plumber. If you call Knockout Plumbing, you won’t be sorry.

So I ended up having a flood in my house. I contacted every plumbing agency, Roto-Rooter Parker, and sons. All those people who gave me the turnaround and the only people that responded to me and responded fairly and quickly was knockout plumbing. What turned into a knock out the concrete replacing plumbing situation from a clog. The experience was a positive one. Caleb was amazing! He knew how to do the work he knew what was going on. He was efficient. He was fast and thank God for him because now we have showers again.
